Discover the magic of Eastern Istria in this charming holiday home, nestled in a small village near Labin. Built in 2022, this fully equipped home offers everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. With ample parking right in front, a refreshing pool just steps from the living room, and serene surroundings, it’s the perfect place to unwind.
The house spans two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room, a welcoming dining area, a modern kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there’s a utility room with a washing machine, making it easy to manage your laundry during your stay. At the far end of the living room, a terrace awaits, furnished with cozy seating – an ideal spot to enjoy your favorite drink by the pool. Upstairs, three cozy bedrooms await, each featuring a large double bed (1.8m x 2m) to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A second bathroom with a bathtub and a spacious terrace are also located on this floor.
The entire property is yours to enjoy. During the peak season, we offer stays of either 7 or 14 days, with check-in and check-out available only on weekends. This lovely house accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, making it ideal for families or a small group of friends seeking a tranquil stay.
